PP HOT - yarn cartridges for hot water
Popular sediment cartridges made of polypropylene yarn resistant to high temperatures. They can be used for filtration of hot water (up to 95°C) and very effectively remove mechanical pollutants from water.
Radial flow reduces pressure drops and flow resistance
Best production quality
Compact design prevents loosening of top layers of the cartridge.
Depth filtration allows more efficient filtration compared to surface filtration; the cartridge retains more contaminants, which results in its longer service life.
Gradient structure (fiber density increases towards the interior)
Manufactured in central Poland; easy delivery to any location
Minimum flow resistances and pressure drops allow working at higher flow rates.
Modern technological process fully supervised by native engineers and technologists
Resistant to high temperatures, perfect for hot water filtration.

Technical data
Popular sediment cartridges made of polypropylene yarn resistant to high temperatures. They can be used for filtration of hot water (up to 95°C) and very effectively remove mechanical pollutants from water.
By applying a special method of reeling yarn onto the core, we created a product with a gradient structure. Fiber density increases towards the interior. This way, micron rating decreases and the filtration performance improves.
- remove sediments such as sand, silt, rust
- gradient structure increases cartridge life
- efficiently stop impurities due to depth filtration

Contaminated water flows through the cartridge towards its core. Sediments which can be found in it are seized by micropores whose whose diameter decreases towards its interior Large particles are intercepted close to the surface, while smaller ones – in deeper layers. This is what increases the effective surface, filtration performance and cartridge’s life span.
